If we haven’t met, my name is Shawn Benson, and I’m excited to introduce myself. Here’s a little about me:

I’m a wife and a boy-mom of four. I’ve always had a passion for real estate and I decided to take that leap and do what made my heart come alive (being a REALTOR®)! I bring twenty-one years of experience in the legal field and three years of managing a real estate title agency. As a title agent, I worked with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, sellers, and all those involved in real estate transactions. My management position at the title agency and law office gave me a unique understanding of real estate transactions. This knowledge has been a great benefit! I was born and raised in Pike County and have lived/worked in Ross County for 29 years. I genuinely love this community and those individuals who make it up. I’m not afraid of hard work and going the extra mile for my clients. Real estate is a constantly evolving industry that requires adaptability and creativity. I’m happy to be a part of the Dwell Real Estate team that understands this and brings the best to the table!
